• 1.Do you have gym equipment? Cardio machines?

    No, SPNBX is a boutique fitness studio that specialises in delivering indoor cycling and boxing classes. We are also the only provider of Cryotherapy in the kingdom. Personal Training and Small Group Training is available upon request

  • 2. Do you have yearly or monthly memberships?

    We offer packages based on the number of classes that can be used within a specific time frame. We currently also offer 1,3,6 and 12 month cash memberships.

    And we are excited to offer in 2022 NO CONTRACT month to month contracts that you can cancel at any time.

    Our packages can be found online, log in as a new user to be able to view the prices, www.spnbx.com . You can also create an account on our app and go from there.

  • 3. How early do I need to arrive before class?

    For first time riders please arrive 15 minutes before class and at least 5 minutes for regular riders. Late arrivals after 15 minutes will not be permitted to ride nor box

  • 4. What should I wear?

    Form fitting workout appropriate attire. SPNBX recommends cycling knicks for extra comfort.


  • 5. Do you provide shoes and boxing gloves?

    Unfortunately due to current COVID guidelines and protocol we cannot provide you with cycling cleats not boxing gloves. You must bring all your own personal items to the gym. The new “NORMAL” means we all have to be more organised! Please also bring your own small towel for comfort and for use in your pilates class with Tina!

  • 6.Do you have shower facilities?

    Yes, we also provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, deodorant and face cleansing oil.


  • 7.Do I need to bring water?

    Yes please. It is a must. Water is available for purchase when you book into class via our app or website or purchase it upon arrival from Taif or Ghada at reception.

  • 8.What is the minimum age to ride a class?

    The minimum age to ride a class is 16 years of age once approved by our fitness director.


  • 9.Do you have private classes?

    Private classes can be arranged by contacting our Fitness Director, Tina Gilbert, [email protected]

  • 10.Are you open on public holidays?

    Yes - at a reduced schedule. Please check online before coming to the studio for the updated schedule.


  • 11.What type of music do you play?

    A wide variety of music - 80's, 90's, current hits, pop, rock, house, hip-hop to classical music and everything in between. Soon you will be able to check out our instructors’ playlists.

  • 12.Do you have a class for beginners?

    Yes, all of our classes are suitable for beginners. Upstairs in our boxing studio, our experienced instructors know exactly how to modify the combinations to cater for those members just starting their journeys into optimal health and wellness and our indoor cycling classes also cater for all levels. Our internationally accredited coaches will look after you, as required, in your initial visits to SPNBX. Sign up for a class with Tina to learn all about the fundamentals of cycling.

  • 13.Can I ride if I am pregnant?

    Our recommendation is to avoid riding in the first and last trimester. If cycling is also not already part of your workout routine, then it is not something we recommend you to start doing while pregnant. It is best to consult with your doctor and the final decision is yours!

  • 14.What should I do if I need to cancel my class?

    We have a 4 hour cancellation policy for all classes. Any no-show and late cancellation will result in you being charged a small fee with no exceptions. Late cancellation will incur a SAR50 fee and a Class No Show will incur a SAR70 fee
