SPNBX opened its doors to the women of Riyadh in 2018 as the first boutique fitness studio offering the two verticals of indoor cycling and boxing.
SPNBX’s classes cater for all levels from beginner to advanced riders, everyone is welcome. Our instructors will cue for regular changes in resistance and intensity, coaching you up and down virtual terrain to heart pumping tracks. The experience is a combination of fun, excitement and challenge that will leave you feeling elevated and euphoric. The energy you will experience from riding with your pack of like-minded women will be contagious. And the good news is you can potentially burn up to 600 calories per class…you’ll be having too much fun to realise how much you are working out and sweating until you’re done.
1. Born to Move- A class for the ultimate cardio challenge. Ride the rhythm and prepare to meet a fiercer and more focused version of yourself. Every class has its own addictive spell. Each instructor has her own unique way to summon the warrior woman within you. Our Born to Move classes are cardio-intensive, calorie-burning and full body conditioning with weights to strengthen you inside and out!
2. Inner Strength- Own your ride. A 45-minute, FUN and specific class that uses performance numbers to help you achieve your goals. Think RPM, DISTANCE and POWER. Become the strongest version of yourself. Build stamina and endurance. As your confidence grows and you embrace your inner strength, you will become a force of nature. (Note-A Functional Threshold Power test will regularly be conducted for the 1st20 minutes of the class. We will use your numbers to take you to the next level of indoor cycling!)
3. Bike Barre- A fusion indoor cycling experience that will challenge your cardio and functional strength. Expect to feel the burn in our 45 minute class. You will start with an interval ride then come off the bike for a challenging yet enjoyable pulsing barre workout.
4. TABATA- “work,recover,work recover” A class that is super effective to burn fat. Your recovery is less and your heart rate stays high teaching your body to use the energy from those stubborn fat cells. Your body will then continue to burn calories at a higher rate post workout. Your metabolism can be boosted for up to 24 hours after your TABATA session.
5. Switchback- A 25 minute high intensity ride followed by 20 minutes of an ultimate high intensity cross training segment to challenge your body from head to toe. An effective class for cardio fitness and muscle toning ladies.
6. Climb - A class to make your legs leaner and stronger and use the strength and power you have to push yourself a little bit further. The ride is about effort, endurance, concentration, mental distance and most of all having FUN.
7. Turbo- A 30-minute high-intensity ride. A perfect class for our time poor ladies who want to be effective in their fitness and weight loss goals.
