SPNBX opened its doors to the women of Riyadh in 2018 as the first boutique fitness studio offering the two verticals of indoor cycling and boxing.

3. BBB (kettlebells, battle ropes and balls)-CrossFit and Military inspired class designed to increase your metabolic demand and increase energy usage. The fat loss physique benefits are on point. This workout will follow a HIIT protocol with short periods of intense exercise followed by similar length at a lower intensity or a circuit style of various exercises performed back to back.
4. Box and Burn (Upper)- In this high intensity class there is an emphasis on boxing while also incorporating drills that focus on an upper body workout. Using VipR’s, barbells, bands and much more to hit the upper body muscles.

5. X-plode (Lower)- Generating strength from the ground up. Stay motivated and challenge your lower body strength. Introducing plyometric exercises with the goal of increasing your power. SPNBX’s lower body workout will have you leaving our studio with wobbly legs!

We will work together to strengthen and tone the muscles of your stomach to be stronger and look flatter when you look in the mirror.

7. Glute Kicker ( Strengthen and Tone your Bum) express and intense- Most of us ladies, let’s be honest spend too much time sitting down. Our bums become lazy! This class is going to whip your “booty’s” into shape. An express and intense 30-minute class to bump up the burn of your backside.
8. SPNBX Fundamentals- NEW!!!! BEST CLASS FOR BEGINNERS! Boxing Fundamentals teaches the basic boxing stance, basic footwork, and how to throw a punch while also gradually building up your stamina, strength, and endurance! This class is perfect for new members, for new boxers or even for women wanting to improve their technique. Learning, mastering and implementing the fundamentals in class is essential to long term progression and overall fitness. This is the perfect class to get started, and we know once you try it, you’ll be hooked.
9. Kickboxing Fundamentals- NEW!!!! BEST CLASS FOR BEGINNERS! Kickboxing Fundamentals is perfect for our members who are new to SPNBX but also for those that have practiced before. The focus is on learning the technical details of this “moving” art form. Every week, we will cycle you through the fundamentals of Kickboxing- your stance, footwork, weight shifting, punches, kicks, elbows and knees. You will be getting a full body workout. Book in quickly as all the SPNBX girls are super keen to join class and learn the sport developed from karate.. It’s going to be so much fun!
